- Receive customer contact information from the relevant Department and contact the customer.

- Maintain, consult and support the Company's customers.

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to business.

4. Job requirements

- Gender: Male/Female.

- Graduated from university majoring in Chemistry and Engineering.

- Having 1-2 years of working experience is an advantage

- Dynamic, flexible, and responsible in work.

- Good communication and persuasion skills.

- Ability to grasp work quickly.

- Passion for the business.

- Able to work independently/in a team.

- Desire and willingness to strive for a high income.
