1. Vacancies: Chief Financial Officer

2. Job description:

a. Accounting management activities:

- Advise the Group Leaders and Leaders of subsidiary companies on the organization of the Accounting apparatus in accordance with the type of enterprise and the State regulations on the Organization of the Accounting apparatus;

- Directing, managing, and supervising periodic accounting tasks and ad hoc reporting at the request of the Company's and Group's Leaders;

- Act as the focal point responsible for working with state management agencies on accounting and tax issues;

- Act as the focal point to work with the Auditing Organization;

- To explain and report internally on accounting and tax data to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board periodically or irregularly when required.

- Reviewing and appraising the content of the Financial Statements of the member units, and the Consolidated report before submitting it to the competent authorities for approval.

b. Financial management activities:

- Budget Management: Organizing and managing the operating budget of the legal entities in the corporation.

- Management of Working Capital: Managing and supervising the Disposable Capital of legal entities in the Group to ensure capital adequacy ratios and solvency in the short, medium, and long term.
Financial risk control: Building a financial control system to ensure control of financial risks throughout the system.

- Financial analysis of enterprises: Conduct periodic financial analysis and assessment of enterprises on corporate financial indicators, advise and propose solutions to overcome existing risks.

- Financial analysis of the project: Prepare and analyze the finance of investment projects and submit them to competent authorities for approval; monitor the financial indicators of the Project during the implementation process.

- Borrowing and raising capital: Relationship, preparation, and implementation of transaction documents with credit institutions, financial institutions, and professional investors in the work of borrowing and capital mobilization according to the approved plans.

c. Participating in the strategy formulation of the Group and its subsidiaries: contributing to the development of the Group's development strategy and its subsidiaries, which is responsible for developing medium-term and long-term financial plans; evaluate the feasibility of the Business Plan.
