- Admin Sales intern specializing in Logistic working in Hanoi.

3. Job description:
- Support the main jobs related to import and export operations:
- Do customs clearance procedures, and complete import and export documents.
- Make, and check invoices, PO, and Bill to ensure complete and correct information with suppliers or customers.
- Track the progress of exporting or importing goods, monitoring debts and conducting payment procedures for foreign suppliers.
- Coordinate with shipping and warehousing units to arrange delivery on schedule and as required.
- Working with accountants to make payments.
4. Job requirements:
- Experience: Not required, priority is given to those who have experience in the relevant position
- University graduate, able to work full-time
- Enthusiastic, honest, agile in work, eager to learn, with a high sense of responsibility
