3. Job description:
Perform the main tasks related to import and export operations:
- Do customs clearance procedures, and complete import and export documents.
- Make, and check invoices, PO, and Bill to ensure complete and correct information with suppliers or customers.
- Track the progress of exporting or importing goods, monitoring debts, and conducting payment procedures for foreign suppliers.
- Coordinate with shipping and warehousing units to arrange delivery on schedule and as required.
- Working with accountants to make payments.
- Do other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
4. Job requirements:
- Working experience: 2-3 years
- University graduate, have professional certificates in import and export, customs, logistics, etc.
- Enthusiasm, honesty, agility in work, eagerness to learn, high sense of responsibility
