In 2020, with the pioneer in changing the way to evaluate work performance and equality in evaluation, based on the summary data, the Board of Directors of the Company would like to honor:

The 2020 best department is the Accounting Department - an important department with a core role in the company's system. In 2020, with the working spirit: "Professional" in work style and skills; "Pioneer" in each proposal, creation, innovation; "Effective" in using time and resources, the Accounting Department has had many meaningful achievements such as Award for the best 5S implementation department of the year, Award for the employee with the best Kaizen of the year (belongs to Ms. Dang Thi Huong).

With the high determination, and the persistent working spirit already in 2020, We wish the Accounting Department to be successful and steadily achieve more success in 2021 - the year of the Ox.

The Best employee in 2020 honors Ms. Vu Thi Hoa - Chief Accountant of Mega Vietnam. She is a person with a quick manner and is always careful in the work process. In 2020, she excellently completed every assigned task as well as had the right guidance for the Accounting Department to achieve much success in both her work and the company's movement activities such as 5S and Kaizen. The new personnel of the department has been also cared for and guided by her methodically, contributing to the creation of quality human resources in the company.

In her speech, she shared that she would always try her best to successfully finish her assigned work, constantly improve her knowledge in the coming time, and believe that all employees within the Company will continue to unite and contribute strongly to the Company's growth.

The honoring ceremony is a milestone marking the efforts and efforts of the staff of the Accounting Department in the past year 2020.
