MEGA VIETNAM BEST EMPLOYEES OF 2019

Continuing the successes from previous years, on the morning of January 18, 2020, at Trang An Palace restaurant, Mega Vietnam Development Investment Co., Ltd held a Ceremony "Honoring the Head of Department and Best Employee of the year 2019”. The ceremony was held solemnly with the participation of all employees of the Company. The program aims to praise, reward, and encourage the spirit of excellent individuals of the Department in 2019, thereby creating motivation for all employees of the Company to always maintain the spirit, enthusiasm, and creativity and improve themselves at work.

Based on specific data on efficiency and productivity, Mega Board of Directors would like to honor the following excellent individuals:

The best Head of Department in 2019 is Ms. Vu Thi Hue - Head of Administration Department. She is a person who has a comprehensive and thorough working style, cares about colleagues and helps new employees to integrate with the Company. In 2019, she successfully completed the assigned tasks as well as trained young employees in the Company to make Mega a united and strong block.

Next, Mega Vietnam would like to congratulate the “Best Employee of the Year 2019” for each Department as follows:

Ms. Pham Thi Huyen won the Best Employee of the Year 2019 of the Sales Department. She has always actively participated in the company's activities during the past time. In 2019, Ms. Pham Thi Huyen made great efforts and successfully completed business goals, acquired potential new customers, build trust with customers, and brought profits to the company.

The best employee of the Accounting Department in 2019 is Ms. Pham Thi Tuyen. She is a young employee of the Company, with enthusiasm and creativity in her work. She has had a lot of good ideas as well as qualified Kaizen. In addition, she actively participates in the Company's activities, she not only successfully completes the assigned tasks but is also willing to help other colleagues.

Honor for the Administration Department is Ms. Hoang Thi Huong who won the Best Employee Award in 2019. She is an employee who always actively contributes to the Company's development, constantly learning, changing and is creative at work. In addition, with the Company's activities, she always actively participated to make the programs more exciting.

And “The employee with the best kaizen in 2019” is Ms. Pham Thi Tuyen – Accounting Department. 2019 is the first year Mega implements the Kaizen program, the company has 313/337 Kaizen, reaching 93% of the required number of Kaizen. Ms. Tuyen is an employee who completes all Kaizen as required with an application rate of 100%, including a Kaizen of high quality, with practical application, improving work quality, not only reduce the workload for personnel but also increase the quality of labor, saving maximum costs for the company.

The above-honored individuals have overcome challenges at work, are creative, constantly strive, strictly implement company rules and excellently complete assigned tasks. The journey of trying to overcome oneself to conquer higher goals will always be the guideline not only of today's excellent employees in particular but also of the entire Mega Vietnam employees in general.

The above-honoring ceremony likes the congratulations and is also an expression of thanks from the Board of Directors to the outstanding "warriors" in 2019.
